Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Company: Falaknaz Group of Companies
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities- Promote and sell residential and commercial projects of Falaknaz Group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and property presentations to clients.
- Understand client requirements and guide them with suitable property options.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, meetings, and sales in CRM.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in property sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of Karachi's real estate market will be an added advantage.
