Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Company: Falaknaz Group of Companies

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential and commercial projects of Falaknaz Group.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct meetings, site visits, and property presentations to clients.

Understand client requirements and guide them with suitable property options.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain proper records of inquiries, meetings, and sales in CRM.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).

1–3 years of experience in property sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of Karachi's real estate market will be an added advantage.
