Accounts & Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, courier payments, and bank transfers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for vendor payment deposits, including reviewing invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and scheduling payments.
  • Monitor and maintain cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions and payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans.
  • Participate in special projects to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures related to financial transactions, data security, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Education criteria is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as ODOO or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
