Job Title: Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager

Department: Finance

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) or Equivalent Professional Qualification

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced finance professional to establish and lead the entire Accounts and Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with 4–5 years of relevant experience, and be ready to take full ownership of the financial operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and structure the Finance and Accounts Department from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement financial systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with all local regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and manage month-end/year-end closings.
  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and treasury operations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
  • Support or lead the implementation of ERP or accounting systems.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in a finance and accounting role.
  • MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CMA, ACCA, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
  • Proven ability to establish financial functions and work independently.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
