MUK Communication is a telemarketing sales company. We are working on multiple international campaigns. We are currently hiring for the Car Inspection Report campaign.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Sales Executive located in Karachi. The Chat Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging in real-time online chats with potential customers to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks will include answering queries, resolving customer issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role will require multitasking between various chat conversations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Experience with customer service and sales through chat platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude and a high level of patience and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus
  • Prior experience in car inspection sales is preferred
