We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of the UK market and expertise in sales-led marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in boosting online product sales and will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across digital channels.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams—especially sales—to create aligned campaigns, generate qualified traffic, and convert prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement UK-specific marketing strategies supporting business growth and sales targets.
  2. Manage digital marketing performance including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  4. Plan, execute, and manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and conversion-focused campaigns tailored to UK consumers.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, and LTV to optimize strategies.
  6. Lead the creation of localized content for UK audiences, including blogs, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  7. Stay informed about UK market trends and competitors, providing insights and reports for senior leadership.
  8. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize marketing ROI.
  9. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, external agencies, and other departments to produce cohesive marketing outputs.
Requirements
  1. 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, online product sales, or D2C sectors.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. Deep understanding of UK digital consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  4. Experience in planning and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, among others.
  6. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
  7. Excellent communication skills with a strong commercial focus.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience in a start-up or scale-up setting.
  10. Strategic thinking combined with executional ability.
  11. Passion for innovation, digital commerce, and brand building.
  12. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and customer experience focus.
