Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience:
Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Bonus: After Effects & Premiere Pro.
Experience in creating social media content, product branding, and marketing visuals.

Job Description:
Scents N Stories is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to craft visually compelling and engaging content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, social media content creation, and branding, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand identity and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design & Branding:
    Create visually appealing content using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
    Develop high-quality visuals for social media, email campaigns, and website banners.
    Ensure all designs reflect the brand's identity, messaging, and aesthetic.
  2. Social Media Content Creation:
    Design posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms to promote fragrances and campaigns.
    Use engaging typography, colors, and imagery to evoke emotions associated with scents.
    Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  3. Packaging & Product Design:
    Develop packaging concepts that are visually appealing and align with the brand's luxurious yet accessible image.
    Consider factors such as material, typography, and aesthetics to make packaging stand out on shelves and online.
  4. Email & Marketing Visuals:
    Design banners and visuals for email campaigns, ensuring a seasonal and thematic appeal.
    Focus on key messaging and brand storytelling to drive engagement and conversions.
  5. Brand Cohesion & Visual Strategy:
    Maintain a cohesive visual theme for social media grids, ensuring consistency in style and colors.
    Align all designs with the brand's storytelling and marketing objectives.
  6. Feedback & Revisions:
    Be open to feedback from the marketing team and make necessary revisions while maintaining creativity.
    Ensure timely delivery of designs, even under tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
  7. Performance Measurement:
    Analyze design success through engagement metrics, conversions, and brand alignment.
    Optimize future designs based on audience response and feedback.
