Job Title: Content Creator (Full-Time On-Site)

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team at Omal by Komal in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for creating engaging content across social media platforms and supporting our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage social media accounts, craft content strategies, and contribute to the growth of our online presence.

Qualifications:

  • BBA or Bachelors in Media Science from a well-reputed university.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand's goals, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, interactive, and visually appealing posts and stories using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Plan and manage photoshoots, ensuring the visuals align with the brand's identity and fashion-forward style.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram and Facebook Ads) to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track content performance and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies, adjusting for improved engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborative Marketing Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content creation with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive brand presence.
