Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Specialist to join our real estate team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying potential buyers, and closing deals over the phone. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with clients and assisting them through the property buying or renting process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based on pre-qualified leads.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, document client interactions, and monitor follow-ups.
  • Generate new leads by making calls to prospects who have expressed interest or fit target client profiles.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their property needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about Project.
  • Work to close deals over the phone by addressing client objections and providing additional value.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to ensure a seamless transaction process.
  • Provide clients with insights about different locations, property prices, and the benefits of specific areas or developments.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and the marketing team to ensure the best client experience.
  • Share feedback from clients with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and property listings.
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients with property inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, sales pipeline status, and deal closures.
  • Report on lead generation activities.
Skills
  • Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking software.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
  • Persuasive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Experience: Proven experience in telesales, or real estate industry.
