Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a team lead, overseeing sales coordination activities, providing top-notch customer service, supporting sales operations, and contributing to sales growth. This role involves maintaining effective communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless transactions, preparing sales reports, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
  • Sales Coordination Skills: Proven ability to manage sales coordination activities, including transaction processing and reporting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Working Conditions
