Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Technical Coordinator to support the COO in driving alignment between Sales and Technical teams. This individual will play a critical role in tracking progress across departments, following up on deliverables, and ensuring the achievement of business KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a keen understanding of both sales and project delivery processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of coordination between the COO, Sales Heads, and Technical Leads across all regions.
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from weekly sales pipeline and project delivery meetings.
  • Ensure timely updates are collected from teams regarding:
  • Sales leads and proposal status
  • Ongoing project execution and delivery timelines
  • Key operational and performance metrics
  • Maintain dashboards and status reports for sales pipeline, project progress, and KPI achievement.
  • Assist the COO in preparing meeting summaries, follow-up trackers, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate internal communication to reduce gaps and improve inter-departmental responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and milestone closures.
  • Support in scheduling and preparing for strategic planning and review sessions.
  • Identify bottlenecks or delays in deliverables and flag them to the COO for timely resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's & IT preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, or cross-functional role (experience in IT/Tech industry preferred).
  • Must be open to travel as per project or business requirements.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work with senior leadership.
