Job Title: IT System Analyst

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: PKR 150,00 to PKR 228,333 per month depending on experience

Hours: 40hrs, Mon- Fri (10:00am – 7:00pm)

Tenure: Permanent

The impact of your role

As the IT Technical Analyst, you will have an impact on how seamlessly our people at Giant work, by being the first point of contact when technical issues arise and ensuring they receive timely, helpful support. Therefore, you will be responsible for responding to IT support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts, escalating more complex problems as needed. The desired outcome of this will be a smooth and reliable technology experience that supports our people to focus on what they do best.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, smartphones, and application issues—troubleshooting and escalating when necessary.
  • Managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents through the IT ticketing system in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Assisting with system and application testing, updates, and routine maintenance including server checks.
  • Gathering user feedback and supporting small IT projects to help improve systems and user experience.

Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally you would have an IT related degree, at least 2 years' experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician and have relevant experience working within an Active Directory/Office365 management environment.

  • You can only excel in this role with Proficient in Microsoft office, Active Directory, and Office 365 is required
  • Experience with Endpoint Management software
  • Experience with Antivirus software
