About The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to lead our content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategy, and storytelling expertise to produce compelling content across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and a proven ability to craft copy that drives results.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality copies for digital campaigns, websites, emailers, social media, print, and other marketing materials.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to develop innovative concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communications.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the development of campaigns from ideation to execution, working closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proofread content to ensure it meets brand standards and is free of errors.
  • Client Collaboration: Present ideas and copies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across different media.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in SEO copywriting, digital marketing, and branding is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or project management software).
