Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing outreach campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and other social media channels. Your goal will be to build meaningful connections, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth through strategic outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and other Social Media platforms.
  • Utilize outreach tools to drive engagement and follow-ups.
  • Segment and manage outreach lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze outreach performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM or outreach platforms.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to support account-based outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in outreach or lead generation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with mass outreach tools
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and email-based outreach best practices.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to create personalized and impactful outreach sequences.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and marketing pipelines.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing large datasets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret outreach data and optimize campaigns.

Shift Timings:7PM to 4AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full Time (On-site)

Location: Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Tariq Road, Karachi
