Role Overview:

Position Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Location: Lahore District

As a UI/UX Designer at Techlio, you will be a crucial member of our creative team, bridging the gap between elegant design and functional front-end development. Your role will encompass end-to-end design—from conceptualization through to detailed mockups, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs. You will be actively involved in shaping a product's user experience, ensuring that each project is both intuitive and delightful for our end users.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Prototyping:

  • Develop engaging mockups, dynamic visual designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Use design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Envision to translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly interfaces.

User-Centric Experience Design:

  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate user requirements through research, user interviews, and usability testing.
  • Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps that accurately map the user journey.
  • Ensure consistent application of design principles and best practices to enhance usability and accessibility.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and agile ceremonies to integrate continuous feedback.
  • Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members.

Front-End Development Integration:

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design components.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in web development and UI/UX design.
Qualifications & Experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in creating mockups, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of User Experience Design (UED) methodologies.
  • Competency in front-end development practices and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and inVision.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or training in UX design, human-computer interaction, or front-end development are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in UI/UX design in a professional setting, preferably in agile or fast-paced development environments.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing previous design projects and your ability to solve complex design challenges creatively.
