Key Responsibilities of Our Next Sr. Graphic Designer
  • Lead the design and conceptualization of digital assets for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, website graphics, and advertisements.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to generate innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and tools, integrating new and exciting techniques into our visual strategy.
What We're Looking for in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design work.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of receiving and providing constructive feedback.
