We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience to bring creative concepts to life. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering visuals for various platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, brand identity, and creativity. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your design expertise.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  2. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
  3. Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
  4. Collaborate with the content team to understand visual requirements and produce designs that align with the brand's goals.
  5. Work closely with on/offshore teams and propose employer branding solutions.
  6. Edit raw footage into polished video content for corporate videos, social media posts, YouTube channels, and other multimedia projects.
  7. Work with scripts and storyboards to create engaging video content from concept to final product.
  8. Revise and improve designs based on feedback to ensure final products align with project goals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs creative and innovative.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across mediums.
  5. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  6. Familiarity with other motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
  7. Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
  8. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  9. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Ability to guide Jr. Graphic Designers.
