Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative in the Lahore District. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, performing inside sales activities, and developing business opportunities. This role involves conducting outreach via phone, email, and social media, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Proven experience in Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the software development industry is beneficial
