You will lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.

How You Will Contribute
  • Manage, develop, and motivate the team, working closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets, with reporting as required.
  • Manage customer relationships to facilitate excellent execution of our categories.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance to optimize returns.
  • Understand category insights and coach the team in using tools to engage and influence customers, growing categories and achieving the annual plan.
What You Will Bring
  • Knowledge of market routes and channels where Mondelēz International operates.
  • Experience in sales and managing a sales team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
  • BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • 8+ years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Experience across all channels (GT, Key Accounts, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi and surrounding areas.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time (Monday - Saturday), with travel as needed.

No relocation support available.
