Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive to join Xoom Plus. This is on-site job position for driving organic growth and enhancing our digital footprint. The SEO Executive will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps.
  • Optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings, user experience, and engagement.
  • Implementing effective SEO strategies to boost online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyzing website analytics, performance metrics, and search trends to refine SEO approaches.
  • Collaborating with content creators to develop SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
  • Staying updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry advancements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on SEO performance, progress, and key metrics.
  • Developing and executing link-building strategies to increase domain authority and credibility.
  • Managing technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexing, and speed optimization.
  • Handling local business SEO to improve visibility in local searches and directories.
  • Utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance SEO strategies and automate processes.
  • Ensuring all SEO activities align with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO
  • Experience in Link Building and executing Social Media Marketing strategies
  • Skilled in conducting detailed SEO Audits
  • Strong understanding of SEO analytics and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
