UX/UI Designer

DevDimensions is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft innovative digital experiences and elevate our online presence.

Responsibilities
  1. Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for websites, mobile apps, and interactive platforms, aligning solutions with business goals.
  2. Conduct user research to understand needs and translate findings into design solutions, including persona development and journey mapping.
  3. Develop pre-design materials such as diagrams, flowcharts, and sitemaps, followed by wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate concepts.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible and aligned designs; contribute to design systems and conduct UI/UX audits for improvement.
  5. Design with a focus on increasing conversion rates and measurable outcomes, iterating through usability testing and feedback.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies; support team presentations and contribute to innovation discussions.
  7. Mentor junior designers and manage projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
  8. Utilize data-driven insights from tools like heatmaps and Google Analytics to inform design decisions.
  9. Familiarity with front-end technologies and CMS platforms, with advanced prototyping skills.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in IT. Strong portfolio required.
  2. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
  3. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  4. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  5. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Team-oriented and proactive in staying updated with design trends and technologies.
