Are you passionate about turning data into insights? We're looking for a Data Scientist who can build models, uncover patterns, and drive data-driven decisions across business and product teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Build & validate ML models for classification, forecasting, and segmentation
  • Perform EDA, hypothesis testing, and A/B experiments
  • Work with NLP techniques on feedback, legal docs, and text data
  • Visualize insights via Power BI, dashboards, and Python libraries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with strategy
  • Build and maintain data pipelines (SQL, Power Query, etc.)
  • Stay ahead of the curve with latest AI/ML techniques

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Data Science, Stats, CS, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics or data science
  • Proficient in Python/R, SQL, Power BI, and statistical modeling
  • Hands-on with ML, NLP (NLTK, SpaCy, HuggingFace), and data visualization tools
  • Exposure to cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Spark/Databricks a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
