Destinators HUB is seeking energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to join our international sales team. This role involves connecting with international clients via outbound calls and closing deals. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients
- Explain services clearly and professionally
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Update CRM with accurate call/sales data
- Follow provided scripts and sales strategies
- Collaborate with team to ensure campaign goals are met
- Excellent English-speaking and listening skills (Fluent and Clear)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for sales and closing deals
- Confidence, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in international telesales or BPO/call center (especially USA market) is a huge plus
- Commission in USD (Earn more with each deal)
- Transport provided for female staff
- Performance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: PKR 25,000 to PKR 40,000 (Based on Experience) + Commission in USD
