IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The purpose of this position is to have a resource who can overall manage operations of CRM system. It includes impact analysis of change requests, proactive monitoring of application, reconciliation with other systems and supervision of deployments and configurations. Also to ensure that all processes implemented are compliant to standard policies and procedures in the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  1. Customer Management
    • Managing the Customer Management Solutions
    • Assuring 24x7 availability of applications and associated services.
    • Ensure pre/post testing of change requests.
    • Ensure smooth deployment of new releases.
    • Design, analyze and review FS according to application integrations and architectures.
    • Identify RCA's and take corrective and preventive measure for fix in coordination with L3.
    • Measure and maintain KPIs.
    • Knowledge and Expertise in Telecom OSS domain.
    • Tracking & monitoring of different ongoing project activities against project management plan.
    • Capacity building of the team.
  2. Data security
    • Oversee data audit checks for validation at every step and maintain logs according to business processes in the system.
    • Ensure availability KPIs' and SLA/OLA are met according to provided benchmarks.
  3. Control activities
    • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines: through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  4. Undertake performance management
    • Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
  5. Team enablement

Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor degree in computer science.
  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • BSS and OSS knowledge.
  • DBMS, SQL/PL SQL.
  • POS, Programming, .NET, WIN OS, ODI, MS Technologies.
  • Telco Business Knowledge.
