Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive to lead SEO efforts for multiple large-scale, programmatically generated websites built on the .NET platform. The role requires expertise in Programmatic SEO, Technical SEO, Semantic SEO, and emerging practices such as AEO and GEO. The primary objective is to drive organic traffic growth, enhance search visibility, and future-proof SEO strategies by leveraging both traditional and AI-driven search approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programmatic SEO strategies (including Semantic SEO, AEO, GEO, and Agentic AI applications) to improve search engine rankings and boost organic traffic.
  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and other advanced tools.
  • Analyze crawl data to identify complex SEO issues and implement actionable solutions.
  • Lead keyword research, semantic keyword clustering, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and build topical authority.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, internal linking, and schema markup to maximize organic visibility and search relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions.
  • Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, semantic search, algorithm updates, Agentic AI in search, and evolving AI-driven search ecosystems (SGE, AEO, GEO).
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills in an onsite environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven SEO experience, with strong expertise in Programmatic SEO, Technical SEO, and Semantic SEO.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and exposure to Agentic AI-driven search optimization.
  • Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and backlink analysis tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong competitor analysis and bench-marking skills, with the ability to identify gaps and opportunities in large-scale markets.
  • Experience managing SEO for large-scale websites (preferably .NET-based) with millions of pages.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills focused on driving organic growth.
  • Deep understanding of on-page SEO, schema markup, entity-based optimization, and advanced keyword research.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional onsite teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills.
