Job Title: Senior SEO Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in optimizing service-based businesses and lead generation websites. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results, driving organic growth, and generating qualified leads. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and lead conversions for service-based and lead generation websites.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture.
  • Drive off-page SEO initiatives including link-building, outreach, and authority development.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies by aligning SEO with funnel optimization and conversion rate improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5+ years of solid SEO experience with a focus on service-based businesses and lead generation sites.
  • Proven expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in digital marketing agencies will be a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
