RapidEx, a full-service Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider located in Rawalpindi, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the accounting industry. Join our dynamic team to help enhance our financial processes and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional logistics services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  2. Bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions.
  3. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
  4. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  5. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  6. Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  7. Provide support for tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  8. Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
  9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  10. Support the audit process.
  11. Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting operations.
Job Specification

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel/ Google Sheets).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
