Position: Accounts Executive

Workplace: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our Clothing Brand "Annafeu Apparels". The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update day-to-day bookkeeping of all business transactions.
  • Prepare and present financial statements
  • Balance Sheets
  • Cash Flow Statements
  • Expense Reports
  • Sales and Revenue Reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Track all business expenses, purchases, and operational costs with proper records.
  • Ensure accountability of all financial transactions and flag any discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and assist with tax preparation and compliance.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other ERP systems.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in retail, textile, or apparel industry).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and audit prep.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (i.e Zoho).
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fashion/apparel or eCommerce industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation.
