Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager – Corporate Sales (Water Division) to lead our corporate sales operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring revenue growth in the water products segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


• Lead sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients.


• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.


• Provide feedback to management on product performance, market needs, and potential improvements.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably within the water industry or related sectors.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


• Competitive fixed salary of PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month.
