Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate projects and driving sales. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting our offerings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (social media, telephone, email). Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about our real estate projects. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our properties. Conduct presentations and property tours for potential clients.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and client interactions. Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall team goals.
Job Specification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Essential: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Prior experience in a sales or marketing role, though not required.

Desirable: Familiarity with the real estate industry and sales processes.
