Our product range includes cardboard, corrugated, Kraft, diecut, cosmetics, window, soap, candle, retail, food, and bakery packaging boxes, making us a well-regarded choice for personalized packaging needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative based in Lahore. The Customer Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and handling sales transactions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, offering appropriate products or services, and meeting sales targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience with a focus on maintaining customer relationships
  • Sales experience, including the ability to process orders and meet sales targets
  • Ability to understand and explain product information
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

  • Relevant experience and qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
