Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Sales Representative will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and assist them in making purchase decisions. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, performing sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate product or service information
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the digital marketing or BPO industry is a plus
