Specific Responsibilities Would Include
  1. Quality Assurance function in Pakistan
  2. Coordination of Fit, PP approval, PP meeting
  3. Conduct Inline inspections and Final inspections
  4. Follow up on Production WIP and report any challenges to Asia Leads/NA Leads
  5. Communicate inspection results for each production order with Head office
  6. Conduct full packaging inspection of components, execution, and stickers
  7. Preparation and communication of daily quality inspection
  8. WIP maintenance and Tracking
  9. Any Licensor/Customer QA with Factories inclusive of packing instructions
  10. Factory Audits and Corrective Action Plan
  11. Tracking of Color, Bulk Fabric & Trim Approval
  12. Samples & Special Requirements - PD and Design
  13. QA with Factories inclusive of packing instructions
  14. Report Review and support in problem resolution
  15. Compliance, On-boarding and Corrective Action
  16. Collaborator of Vendor Allocation and Sourcing Strategy
  17. Checking and sending official PO to factory and update delivery date on SAP
  18. Coordinate with sales for the QTY/Delivery/direct shipment order Booking issue on HFC/CPO/PO
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  1. Proven working experience in quality assurance / textile field
  2. Creativity, technical capability, and sensibility for garment / textile
  3. Up to date with the latest QA /QC and best practices
  4. Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques
  5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Textile or related field
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and Excel
