Introduction to the Aga Khan University:

Job Role / Responsibilities:
You are required to:
- Provide leadership in executing quality patient care by improving patients' clinical outcomes.
- Ensure patient-focused care by improving coordination through a multidisciplinary team.
- Support 24/7 operations striving for continuous quality improvement in patient care.
- Support staff development activities of all employees.
- Manage human and material resources of the assigned service.
- Build a more efficient, effective, and highly motivated team to work for the patient care service.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
You should have:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master's degree in the same field, and a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- At least four years of relevant experience, of which at least two years should be at a nursing management level.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, and Paediatric Advance Life Support (PALS).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shift duties (mornings, evenings, and nights).
