Job Role / Responsibilities:

You are required to:

  1. Provide leadership in executing quality patient care by improving patients' clinical outcomes.
  2. Ensure patient-focused care by improving coordination through a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Support 24/7 operations striving for continuous quality improvement in patient care.
  4. Support staff development activities of all employees.
  5. Manage human and material resources of the assigned service.
  6. Build a more efficient, effective, and highly motivated team to work for the patient care service.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You should have:

  1. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master's degree in the same field, and a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
  2. At least four years of relevant experience, of which at least two years should be at a nursing management level.
  3. Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, and Paediatric Advance Life Support (PALS).
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  6. Willingness to work in shift duties (mornings, evenings, and nights).
  7. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
