Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

- Installing of Software (Normally Accounts Based)

- Training Of Users

- Troubleshooting

- Accounts Related Hands-on knowledge
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for IT services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide updates.

Job Specification: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
