ParaTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking ERP Coordinators with strong verbal and written English skills and a minimum of 2 years of prior experience, specifically in ERP systems support and implementation.

The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the ERP Modules/Systems and services.

Experience: 2 years plus

Key Requirements:

  • B-COM or IT Graduate with industry experience.
  • ERP implementation off site and on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Manage ERP project activities with resources and identify project risks and any other issues that arise.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
