About the Role:

FAST NEXA is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Techno Sales Specialist – AI/ML to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI/ML solutions and client needs, turning complex technology into tangible business outcomes. You'll collaborate with our technical teams and prospects to design, pitch, and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions that transform businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for AI/ML solutions and services.
  • Understand client pain points and translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and project teams to design and scope customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sales handover.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI/ML adoption and integration.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technology sales, preferably with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business benefits for both C-level and technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B tech environment.
