  • The incumbent would be responsible for providing the leadership, direction and management necessary to ensure that the Group Companies have proper operational controls, systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength, growth and operating efficiency.
  • The incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Group's factories, developing short and long-term goals, advising and counselling management in planning, formulating activities and counselling with Functional Heads on how to control operations, maintain and improve quality standards and supervise quality control of the factories.
  • He will be actively involved in preparing and managing the operating budgets and developing teams through training and development initiatives.
  • This is a senior position and the incumbent would be reporting to the Group Director, Operations.
  • The candidate will be required to travel extensively to all Group factories.

Experience: 18+ years of experience in cement, sugar, chemical and fertilizer or related industries.
