About the Role

Moon Rags Private Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations in both our factory floor and office. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to ensure seamless coordination between production and administrative teams.

  • Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate staff on the factory floor and in the office.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production and administrative activities.

Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.

Collaborate with management to set operational targets, budgets, and improvement plans.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

  • Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing or related industries.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Knowledge of production processes and operational best practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic business software.

  • Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement.
