Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage inquiries related to products, orders, contracts, returns, or promotions
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Follow defined SOPs while personalizing responses to enhance customer experience
  • Escalate complex cases such as SLA breaches, fraud risks, or pricing disputes to the relevant teams
  • Identify and promote upsell opportunities or loyalty program enrollments when applicable
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Risk, etc.) for smooth issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Graduate or A Levels
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in customer service (12+ months minimum; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Sprinklr, Genesys, and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
  • Empathy and the ability to manage high-volume interactions effectively
