We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (Crypto Mining Focus)

Location: Main Boulevard, Gulberg

Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM (Rotational)

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Customer Support Representative who can confidently handle emails, live chat, and phone support. If you have experience in customer service and a strong understanding of cryptocurrency mining, this role is for you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with email, live chat, and call support
  • Knowledge of crypto mining hardware and software (ASICs, GPUs, wallets, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and helpdesk tools

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across all channels in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to crypto mining hardware and software
  • Maintain accurate internal notes and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Deliver a helpful and smooth support experience
