
Manager Learning and OD

The Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs and organizational development initiatives that support VentureDive's strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture. This role reports directly to the Head of HR and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge across various levels.
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives related to talent management, performance management, change management, employee engagement, and DEIB.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&OD programs and initiatives using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&OD budget, including cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain learning resources, materials, and knowledge management systems.
- Support the continuous improvement of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on L&OD related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest L&OD trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Supervise end-to-end management of LMS.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in L&D or OD (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP, ODCP) is a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ Years of HR experience with 5+ years dedicated to Learning and Development or Organizational Development roles.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful L&OD programs such as TNA, Engagement Surveys, Competency Mapping, Talent Mapping, etc.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the technology industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office & G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR technology solutions.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and management learning theories.
- Train the trainer & coaching principles.
- Psychometric assessment and development tools.
