We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of data visualization, and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business opportunities.

Conduct advanced statistical analysis and build predictive models.

Translate business questions into data analysis and deliver actionable insights.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.

Proficiency with Python/R for data analysis.

Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and forecasting.

Excellent communication and storytelling ability using data.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift).

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.
