Are you a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, analysis, and strategic impact? Ruba Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Deputy Manager Accounts to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and reporting with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and compliant financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide strategic recommendations and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High adaptability and eagerness for continuous learning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
