What We're Looking For

  1. Understand Industry Challenges: Deep knowledge of banking (e.g., fraud detection, credit scoring, personalized financial planning) or healthcare (e.g., medical imaging, patient engagement, drug discovery).
  2. Have Expertise in Generative AI: Hands-on experience with models like GPT, LLaMA, and Stable Diffusion, including applications in data synthesis, NLP, or predictive analytics.
  3. Think Creatively: Ability to translate complex problems into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  4. Collaborate Effectively: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deploy Generative AI models tailored to banking and healthcare needs.
  2. Identify and address privacy, security, and compliance concerns in regulated industries.
  3. Build scalable AI solutions to optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Educate and guide clients on leveraging Generative AI effectively and ethically.
  5. Monitor and refine models post-deployment to ensure continuous improvement.
