Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Lead Architect – Generative AI to spearhead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered applications. You'll design intelligent systems that integrate LLMs, advanced ML pipelines, and full-stack enterprise platforms – deployed across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead GenAI-powered solutions from concept to production.
  • Design and optimize LLMs (GPT, LLAMA, Mistral) including fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Implement advanced agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems.
  • Guide the integration of GenAI into scalable backend systems and user-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for efficient CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, backend/frontend developers).
  • Align AI/ML strategies with business goals through clear stakeholder communication.

Required Experience & Skills

Generative AI Expertise (3+ years)
  • Hands-on with LLMs: GPT, LLAMA, Mistral
  • Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG workflows
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, FAISS, Pinecone

AI/ML Engineering (4–5 years)
  • Strong Python skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Model training, serving, lifecycle management
  • ML integration in scalable systems

Enterprise Architecture (8+ years)
  • MERN Stack or similar technologies
  • REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
  • SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)

Cloud & Infrastructure
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP (hands-on)
  • Familiar with SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.
  • Architecting cloud-to-edge AI deployments

Project Leadership
  • Delivered 7+ enterprise-level AI/ML projects
  • Managed teams of 8–12 engineers
  • Strong Agile/Scrum leadership and communication
