About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MS Office Instructor to join our team. As an MS Office Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students. You will work with a diverse range of students, including individuals and corporate organizations, to teach them how to use various MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver MS Office training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
  2. Create course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  3. Evaluate and modify existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  4. Provide one-on-one or group training sessions as needed.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of participants.
  6. Provide ongoing support and feedback to participants to help them improve their skills.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an MS Office Instructor or in a similar role.
  3. Expert-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Patience and the ability to work effectively with people of all skill levels.
