Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Karāchi. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to foster business growth. The role involves maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, analyzing financial data, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in [industry, e.g., furniture/interior design]).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
