Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Associate to support research and contribute to product-based research. The ideal candidate will have experience in data research, data analysis, and QA with a background in Social Science, Political Science, Management and Technology, and Computer Science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth product-based research and data collection, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Assist in product-based research including data extraction, mapping, and data analysis.
  • Support data research, maintaining workflow efficiency and timely project completion.
  • Apply QA practices to ensure data quality.
  • Produce research reports and deliver research findings.
  • Analyze and interpret research data using Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure research goals are met and provide insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Science, Political Science, Management and Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Final research project must be related to research and demonstrate independent project execution.
  • Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or similar role in product-based research.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance or any programming language is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data research related to the industry.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with data research.
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities, especially debating society or similar.
  • Gain valuable experience in research methodologies and operations.
  • Exposure to a variety of research fields and interdisciplinary projects.
  • Career growth opportunities in the research field.
