Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager – Sales located in Islamabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining existing customers, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing customer data, developing retention strategies, and fostering relationships to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term client loyalty.
